  • Dispatch Times: Orders for stock items are dispatched within 1–4 working days after payment is cleared. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. For tanks, delivery dates will be arranged directly with you.

  • Out of Stock Items: If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know. You’ll be given the option of a full refund, a suitable replacement, or to wait for the item to come back into stock — whichever works best for you.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to England, Scotland, or Wales.

  • Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout. Orders up to 30kg are sent via courier. Larger items (like tanks) may arrive via pallet or specialist transport.

  • Special Requests: You can leave delivery instructions in the “Order instructions” box during checkout.

  • Receiving Your Delivery: Please inspect your order before signing for it. Report any damage or shortages within 48 hours. For tanks, any issues must be noted at the time of delivery.

  • Tracking & Updates: You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, we’ll notify you for each one.

Flimsier than expected

Once filled it feels like it will have to be strapped. The plastic feels quite flimsy.

Very happy

Delighted with the composter. It was easy to put together. However I am regretting not also purchasing the Graf Soil Fence (bin sits on top of this) which was suggested at purchase as it would keep the bin square. Its too late now as I transfered waste from an old bin I had. the large opening is great to put waste in and there is also a large opening at the end to get the compost out.
