Delivery Information
Orders (stock items) are typically dispatched within 1-4 working days, with delivery expected within 5-7 working days. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland only; unfortunately, we cannot deliver to England, Scotland, or Wales.

You can add any specific delivery requests in the “Order instructions” box during checkout.
Damages & Shortages
Inspect your delivery at the time of receipt. If damaged, make a note on the consignment and inform us within 48 hours. For shortages or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Out of Stock & Lead Time
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you. Some items may have a lead time of 2-4 weeks, and we will keep you updated. If the delay exceeds 14 days, you can cancel your order for a full refund.
Multiple Packages
Orders may be dispatched from different locations, and you will receive tracking for each package at no additional charge.
Note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays, and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
